"I've been a State Farm customer for awhile and recently moved from out of state. I did my research prior to calling one of the MANY State Farm offices in the Springs because I wanted to receive the best service possible. I took a chance on EJ Nusbaum's office because of his SF website profile, Google reviews and the pictures his office has on here as well. When I called, I spoke with Suzanne and she is absolutely wonderful. Any nerves I had before calling quickly disappeared while on the phone with her. She made the process of transferring policies easy, thorough and efficient. I really appreciate Suzanne assisting me with all of my insurance needs and doing it with such warmth."

"Terrible our insurance has gone through the roof with no explanation. I'm paying what my car is worth in 3 months. We have asked for an explanation and a new card we have heard no answer. We have showed up to there office even I'm not sure how a 95 blazer costs more then a 2008 altima. They never answer there phone or return phone calls. Not to mention they gave my ex husband who I currently have a restraining order against all my insurance information. Great so he now has my address. I called them to get it fixed got attitude. Then they called my ex husband a second time. He isn't on my insurance policy there was no need to even call him. Then I payed for life insurance for my son and myself called to get the info for court and they dropped my life insurance without explanation when I asked ej why I got "you didn't pay for it" well why was70$ taken out of my account for it then. I will be dropping this insurance by the end of the month."
